To submit a Work Order requesting a specific type of repair, you must be an authorized Tenant Contact. Submit below or email the property management office at EAP.Services@Hines.com for more information.
Requests are processed during normal business hours. Non-emergency requests received after 6pm Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all chargeable items are subject to a 15% admin fee and GST.
For after-hour emergency requests, contact the onsite Security Command Centre at 403.592.2870.
